Every Player (or User) has four main resources which they can use in various ways. These are:
These are represented by colored bars, in the upper-right corner of the game's interface. Their values can be between 0 and a maximum which is controlled by the player's Skills.
Every whole hour, all stats will regenerate by 10% of their maximum value. This means that it takes 10 hours to go from 0 to the maximum, for all player stats.
If the stat bar is full, or a regeneration would put the stat's value over the maximum allowed, it will be set to the maximum value, instead of going over it – all stats are capped to the maximum value.
Health is a player stat which determines if a player can participate in a Battle or not.
Every time a player supports a country (or “hits”) in a battle, the Health stat will be decreased by 10. Health loss can be diminished by Armor.
If a player's Health is below 10, they will not be able to participate in any battle until it regenerates over 10 – even if participating would not put the player's Health below 0 (thanks to Armor).
Maximum Health can be increased by adding points to the Health Skill. This will also increase the per-hour regeneration rate.
Hunger is a player stat which determines if they are able to consume a food item or not. Food items can be one of:
Consuming a food item will decrease 1 Hunger, but will increase Health by an amount tied to the food item consumed.

Therefore, it is more efficient (but more costly) to consume Cooked Fish, rather than Bread, for example, in order to maximize the amount of hits that a player is able to do.
Maximum Hunger can be increased by adding points to the Hunger Skill. This will also increase the per-hour regeneration rate.
Energy is a player stat which determines if they are able to work as an employee at another player's Company, or if they are able to assist in the construction of Buildings.
Every time a player works at a company as an employee, or assists in the construction of a building, 10 Energy is consumed.
A player will not be able to execute any of these actions if Energy is below 10.
Maximum Energy can be increased by adding points to the Energy Skill. This will also increase the per-hour regeneration rate.
Entrepreneurship is a player stat which determines if they are able to self-work at a Company that they own.
A player will not be able to self-work if Entrepreneurship is below 10.
Maximum Entrepreneurship can be increased by adding points to the Entrepreneurship Skill. This will also increase the per-hour regeneration rate.
