Companies are a game mechanic that allows players to produce items and hire other players.
All players will get one free Grain production company when they join. Additional companies can be created by investing 100x Concrete.
A company has three upgradeable components: an Automated Engine, Storage, and a Break Room. The upgrades are done by investing Steel in the company. A company's value is goes up when upgrades are done to it.
The Automated Engine of a Company produces a number of Production Points (PP) per hour by itself, without consuming any player stats or currency. It has 7 levels, for a maximum of 7 PP/h.
Level | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 |
Steel consumed | 20 | 40 | 80 | 160 | 320 | 640 | 1280 |
PP/h | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 |
The Storage of a Company controls how many Production Points (PP) can be “stored” inside the company before it's full. When Storage is full, a company is unable to produce any more PPs, until the owner hits “Produce” and consumes the stored PPs to produce items. It has 7 levels, for a maximum of 1400 PPs stored.
Level | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 |
Steel consumed | 10 | 20 | 40 | 80 | 160 | 320 | 640 |
PP stored | 200 | 400 | 600 | 800 | 1000 | 1200 | 1400 |
The Break Room of a Company controls how many workers can be hired at the same time. When the Break Room is full, no job offers can be accepted at that company. It has 5 levels, for a maximum of 10 workers hired.
Level | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 |
Steel consumed | 10 | 20 | 40 | 80 | 160 |
Max. workers | 2 | 4 | 6 | 8 | 10 |
The owner of the company can self-work at the company to produce PP, which are stored in the Storage. Self-working consumes the owner's Entrepreneurship stat.
In order for other players to work for a company, the owner must create a job offer, specifying a wage value in Coins/PP, which then appears in the Job market. Other players can join a company by accepting a job offer.
As an employee of the company, a player can consume their Energy stat to work. A work session consumes 10 Energy and will produce an amount of PP for the company. The amount of PP will be tied to the employee's Production skill. With no skill points invested in Production, each worker will produce 12 PP per session, or a total of 12 PP per 10 Energy.
An owner will automatically pay an employee each time they work :
The owner can hit “Produce” on the company's menu to consume all possible components of the production recipe, in order to produce items.
Raw Materials are produced from PPs alone, while Processed Materials are produced from PPs and raw materials.

Production bonus is a boost to the amount of PP that an Automated Engine produces, expressed in percentages (%). It varies, depending on the location of the company.
Countries will offer production bonus to companies located within them, depending on the amount of Strategic Resources found in that country's owned regions.
Some regions also contain Resource Deposits – if a company is located in a region which has an active Resource Deposit of the Raw Material that it produces, it will get a 20% production bonus.
These two sources of production bonus are added together for a final percentage value.
A company can be renamed for free at any time. The name does not have to be unique.
A company can be moved to another location at any time, for a flat price of 5 Coins. This can be useful in order to maximize the production bonus.
All upgrades can be reversed, but only 80% of the invested materials will be returned to the player.
A company can be destroyed, but only 80% of the invested materials will be returned to the player.
