Political Party allows players to influence a country's through shaping it's mechanics through ethics
Political parties play a major role in a country's politics, as the ruling party's ethics apply to the country whenever one of its members is elected as president
A political party can be created by spending 150 Concrete.
When creating a party, the founder must choose one of their country's core regions as the party's headquarters and it's name & avatar
Political parties may adopt a set of ethics that modify the mechanics of the country
The ruling party's ethics become active whenever one of its members is the country's president
Changing party ethics is done through the Set Party Ethics motion
Each party got 3 Ethics Points to spend:
- Spending 1 point unlocks the small perk of an ethic
- Spending 2 points on the same ethic upgrades it to its Fanatic version.
- Unethical is a special ethic that requires all 3 points and cannot be combined with any other ethic.

The following Fanatic ethics are currently available:
- Defensive pact maintenance costs are reduced by 50%.
- Battle orders supporting a defensive pact partner cost 50% less.
- Sworn enemy maintenance costs are increased by 100%.
- Sworn enemy treaties start at 5 fidelity and gain 5 each day.
- Battle orders against your sworn enemy cost 50% less.
- All treaty maintenance costs are increased by 50%.
- All companies in your borders receive +30% towards Ammo or construction specialization goods.
- Deposits cannot spawn within your borders.
- All Grain, Livestock, and Fish deposits in your borders provide +30% production.
- Only buffs and food deposits can spawn within your borders (Grain, Livestock, and Fish).
- Cannot select a specialization good or receive specialization bonuses.
- Military bases can be upgraded or downgraded every 2 hours.
- When defending a revolt, gain an additional 3% battle bonus per Pacification Center level.
- Regions you occupy generate double the normal amount of resistance.
- Battle orders to defend your core regions and revolts are free.
- During revolts, you copy the enemy's defensive battle bonus from Bunker region upgrades.
- Cannot have sworn enemies.
- Income from taxes increases by 30%.
- Cannot have a Vice President or Ministers.
- Region upgrade maintenance costs are increased by 50%.
- Income from development increases by 150%.
- Only your core regions generate development income.
Unethical is a special ethic that consumes all 3 Ethics Points and cannot be combined with any other ethic.
It grants the following effects:
- National battle orders gain double the priority damage bonus.
- National battle orders cost double Paper.
- Cannot maintain any treaties (Alliance, Sworn Enemy, or Defensive Pact).
- If your capital is occupied, national battle orders return to their normal bonus and a full-resistance revolt automatically begins in the capital.
Political parties hold three different elections every month.
Determines the Party Leader.
The Party Leader is not permanent. If another candidate wins the election, they become the new Party Leader.
The Party Leader may:
- Kick party members.
- Remove Party Council members.
- Remove any party member except the party's primary candidate winner from the presidential election
Determines the members of the Party Council.
The Party Council is responsible for voting on party motions and etc
Council members may also kick party members except leader
Determines the party's official candidate for the next presidential election
The winner becomes the party's Primary Candidate and cannot be kicked from the leader
Party motions require a majority vote from the Party Council to pass.

- Impeach Party Leader
- Launch Leader Election
- Launch Primary Election
- Start Revolution
- Finance Local Resistance
